Cookie Policy

Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data that can be recalled by a web server in the domain that placed the cookie.

2. Cookies We Use

This website uses the following cookies:

  • Essential cookies: First-party session cookies required for the website to function properly, such as maintaining form state.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics 4 sets _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish unique visitors and track sessions. These cookies expire after 14 months.

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not set any cookies that track you across other websites.

3. Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use our site in aggregate — including page views, self-assessment funnel progression, and referral sources. GA4 may collect IP addresses, but we do not use analytics data to identify individual visitors. Google processes analytics data under its privacy policy.

When your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Google Analytics is fully suppressed and no analytics cookies are set.

4. Controlling Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Additionally, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals sent by your browser. When GPC is detected, analytics cookies are not set.

5. No Consent Banner

Under current U.S. regulations, we are not required to display a cookie consent banner. We honor opt-out preferences via Global Privacy Control instead. If regulatory requirements change, we will update this policy accordingly.

6. Contact

If you have any questions about our use of cookies, please contact us at privacy@audmit.com.
